About This Community
Edward River Council has an approximate area of 8,900 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Birganbigil, Myrtle Park, Stud Park, Tuppal and Wandook plus parts of Pine Lodge.
It is comprised of the localities of Barratta, Blighty, Conargo, Hartwood, Lindifferon, Mayrung, Moonbria, Morago, Pretty Pine, Wanganella, Warragoon and Willurah plus parts of Booroorban, Coree, Deniliquin, Four Corners, Logie Brae, Mabins Well, Moulamein and Steam Plains.
It is surrounded by the councils of Berrigan, Hay, Murray River and Murrumbidgee.
It is within the state electorate of Murray.
It is within the federal electorate of Farrer.
