About This Community
Glen Eira Council has an approximate area of 39 km².
It is comprised of the suburbs of Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, Carnegie, Caulfield, Caulfield East, Caulfield North, Caulfield South, Elsternwick, Gardenvale, Glen Huntly, Mckinnon, Murrumbeena and Ormond plus parts of St Kilda East.
It is surrounded by the councils of Bayside City, Kingston City, Monash City, Port Phillip City and Stonnington City.
It is comprised of parts of the state electorates of Bentleigh, Caulfield and Oakleigh.
It is comprised of parts of the federal electorates of Goldstein, Higgins, Hotham and Melbourne Ports.
