We are particularly interested in the messier arts/crafts such as pottery, clay work, mosaics, hypertufa, Hebel sculpture, wax sculpture. Our motto is “Come along and get your hands dirty!” We hold monthly meetings and have been conducting various workshops for both members and others in the community at our studio.

Wauchope Patchwork Quilters

Over the years the group has grown and we now have a membership of just over 60 strong. A typical meeting would be full of chatter, the sharing of projects, techniques, ideas and help. We support many charities by donating quilts for use, or to raffle for fund raising. The group meets on Tuesday from 5.30pm to 9pm, and Thursday from 9am to 1pm

Belle Property Port Macquarie

At Belle Property Port Macquarie we love to share the importance of community spirit at Christmas time. This year we are proud to be supporting our local Hastings Port Macquarie Pipe Band group, Salvations Army Band and local busker Cameron Alford (Student from St Columba Anglican School) by providing free entertainment on the verandah of our Heritage listed home at 98 William St, Port Macquarie

Douglas Vale Historic Homestead & Vineyard

We are a not for profit organisation run totally by volunteers. The homestead was built in 1862 and is the oldest in the region; it is now a museum for items from the original families. The first grapes were planted in 1863 and we offer six limited release wines, including a Portobella made from the original plantings. Open from 10am to 3pm every Wednesday & Saturday. New volunteers welcome.

Hastings Valley Fine Art Association

An eclectic mix of original artworks in all media including framed and unframed paintings and gift cards by very talented local artists. The current exhibition also features a collection of paintings of local scenes in sizes perfect for gifts or a memento of your holiday in the beautiful Hastings/Camden Haven area.

HER.ART

Kids school holiday workshops are back with HER.ART at a new location: the ArtLab at the Glasshouse, Port Macquarie. Each day the ArtLab will be filled with a range of exciting materials for your child to freely explore. Throughout the day they will learn basic skills relating to their workshop to complete a masterpiece all of their own.

Knitters' Guild NSW - Mid North Coast

Learn to knit and crochet. All skill levels welcome. The Mid North Coast group meets on the fourth Tuesday of each month from 10.00am-noon and the second Saturday of each month from 9.30am - noon at the Port Macquarie Library Meeting Room, Grant Street, Port Macquarie.

Family historians and genealogists who promote the study and recording of family history. The society meets at 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm on the 2nd Saturday of every month (except January) in the Meeting Room of MacAdams Music Centre, Grant Street, Port Macquarie. (opposite Players Theatre and next to Swimming Pool)
