TACTILE ARTS GROUP AT KENDALL INCORPORATEDWe are particularly interested in the messier arts/crafts such as pottery, clay work, mosaics, hypertufa, Hebel sculpture, wax sculpture. Our motto is “Come along and get your hands dirty!” We hold monthly meetings and have been conducting various workshops for both members and others in the community at our studio.

Wauchope Patchwork Quilters Inc.Over the years the group has grown and we now have a membership of just over 60 strong. A typical meeting would be full of chatter, the sharing of projects, techniques, ideas and help. We support many charities by donating quilts for use, or to raffle for fund raising. The group meets on Tuesday from 5.30pm to 9pm, and Thursday from 9am to 1pm

Douglas Vale Historic Homestead & Vineyard
Douglas Vale Historic Homestead And VineyardWe are a not for profit organisation run totally by volunteers. The homestead was built in 1862 and is the oldest in the region; it is now a museum for items from the original families. The first grapes were planted in 1863 and we offer six limited release wines, including a Portobella made from the original plantings. Open from 10am to 3pm every Wednesday & Saturday. New volunteers welcome.
