The services provided by Queensland Bapist Care include a youth accommodation program for school and college girls aged 13 to 18 years old who are under care and protection orders, crisis accommodation and support for homeless young people still at school or seeking work, and child and family counselling centres in residential home settings.

Queensland Baptist Care provides training program and is an integral part of the organisation's overall service delivery. Seminars and courses held in conjunction with Churches include developing friendship and nurturing skills.
