Open Hands Community Care is a not-for-profit organization that exists to transform the wellbeing and quality of life of our community one life at a time. Our Services include disability services, community support services, advocacy and referral services & more.

Whether you’re new to the NDIS or are in need of change, we are here to help you get the most out of your NDIS Plan. We understand that each participant’s needs are different. Our Support Coordinators at OHCC, will work with you to deliver support services tailored specifically to your goals. Our aim is to treat each participant and their family with dignity and compassion.
