Connect2Care is a leading provider of therapeutic services focused on meeting the needs of children and adults living with disability in our community. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we offer Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology and Dietetics.

We offer a predominately mobile service allowing therapy to be provided within your own environment. We are currently based in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland with Telehealth also available. We have specialised NDIS consultants on hand to assist you with navigating the process.
