About Us

The HCVAQ was formed in May 1991 with the aim to promote and encourage the PRESERVATION and RESTORATION of all types of Old Trucks and Commercial vehicles over thirty years old. At present the club has over 200 members and boasts the most diverse range of vehicles of any club in South East Queensland. We have vans and utilities, mining and quarry equipment, tractors, earthmoving equipment, trucks, prime movers and fire fighting equipment, horse drawn, steam powered, veteran, vintage, petrol and diesel engined vehicles from all over the world! Each year we have a 2 day show at the Gatton Showgrounds where anyone is allowed to exhibit their vintage or veteran vehicles free of charge  for the public to inspect and admire. Public entry is $5.00 with children under 16 free. A great week-end for all to enjoy. For more info. please phone 0402234657 or visit our website www.hcvaq.com.
