Wilston Physiotherapy & Massage is a Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Acupuncture clinic located in Grange, Brisbane. We have individual treatments rooms as well as a full Pilates and strength gym to help your rehabilitation from injuries.

Physiotherapy

Our physiotherapists have bast experience with training and skills across many areas of physiotherapy. They have additional training in manual therapies, dry needling, shoulder injuries, back injuries, wrist injuries as well as strength and conditioning. They use hands on manual therapies when required to help give optimal pain relief and to help restore optimal movement patterns. Once your injuries or conditions have settled they can use the rehabilitation gym to help progress your rehabilitation and reduce the risk of aggravation or injury. They have experience from professional athletes through to retirees.

Acupuncture

Our acupuncturists are trained in both western dry needling as well as traditional Chinese acupuncture techniques. They can also use electro-acupuncture when required to help enhance the effects of the acupuncture treatments. Acupuncture can be used to help both musculoskeletal issues such as chronic pains, muscles aches and injuries through to helping systemic issues such as chronic fatigue, depression or insomnia and stress. Massage Therapy

Our remedial massage therapists are experts in releasing tight muscles. If you have had a particularly busy week, have been working in the garden or gymnasium, have been doing a lot of training or are just feeling stressed and tight, a remedial massage may help you.
