Zenthai shiatsu infuses the traditional medicine systems of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage and the remediation techniques of Osteopathy and remedial massage. In addition, therapy session may also include the use of Traditional Chinese Medical techniques such as cupping and moxibustion. Through the integration of several healthcare modalities and the creation of a safe, awake and caring healing environment, Zenthai Shiatsu massage provides an effective structural and energetic form of therapy. Key aspects of every Zenthai shiatsu therapy:

Focussed and purposeful sound frequency can achieve therapeutic, psychological and physical change. Sound healing provides stable sound vibrational frequency to induce states of deep healing and meditation through shifts in brainwave state and cellular invigoration. Through rhythm and frequency, the client is enabled to down-shift their brainwaves from normal beta state (normal waking consciousness) to alpha (relaxed consciousness), and even reach theta (meditative state) and delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur). During a sound healing session, clients can be both passive and participatory. For example, passive sessions would involve the client laying down, relaxing, slowing their breath, and becoming entranced and permeated by sound vibration - whereas participatory sessions would involved the client's active involvement through singing mantra and playing musical instrument.
