Cathartic Collaborations

At Cathartic Collaborations we love working with Autistic folks, ADHDers, LGBTQIA+ folks (children, adolescents and adults) and their families. We will work with you in a neurodivergent affirming way to understand and embrace Autism and/or ADHD and find strategies and accommodations to support your mental health and wellbeing. We will work with you to build your resilience through learning healthy ways to cope with your emotions and stress and by building your confidence socially.

At Cathartic Collaborations, we offer a specialised Neuroqueer Affirming Social Work Advocacy Services (NASWAS) tailored for trans, gender diverse, queer, and/or neurodivergent individuals. Our goal is to help you feel empowered, connect you with affirming services and support you to navigate them in a way that feels safe.
