Communify Queensland

Communify Qld provides a range of individual and family support services to people living within the inner western suburbs of Brisbane. We also provide a Mental Health Social Support Program.

These services include:

• crisis intervention
• support and counselling
• advocacy
• information and referral
• self-help groups
• community education
• childcare
• emergency relief
• social support services for the aged, people with a disability and people with a mental illness; and
• no Interest Loans Scheme

We are a multi-service organisation which provides a range of programs and activities for families and individuals in the community to enhance their quality of life.

Our primary concern is the welfare and wellbeing of socially, physically, intellectually and emotionally disadvantaged and vulnerable people.

We work with local people to promote a diverse, socially just and inclusive community.
