Wet Tropics Community Housing

The Community Rent Scheme Program (CRS) is funded by the Department of Housing & Public Works and is an initiative of the Queensland Government. It was established to assist social housing applicants living on low incomes who are experiencing severe and immediate housing need. The CRS program provides rent subsidised housing in properties that are head leased from the private market.
