Community Based Rehabilitation

Community based rehabilitation (CBR) provides services that aim to improve people’s wellbeing, functional capacity, independence, and quality of life. People who will benefit from this service are those who have had a significant recent health event or injury and have the capacity to benefit from active participation in rehabilitation.
