Booringa Blokes Men's Shed
Booringa Bloke's Mitchell Men's Shed was started in late 2012 after the floods. It was observed by a community member that the men were struggling with mental attitude and needed something where they could get out of the house and communicate with other men whilst keeping physically busy with projects. The response has been very positive. Some now visit just to have a chat.

Wallumbilla Community Menshed
Provides an informal location where men of all ages and from all backgrounds in the community may spend time engaged in manual crafts such as woodworking, metal work, restoartion of old furniture or other activities that the shed can support. Members range from men who are using tools for the first time to experienced craftsmen.
