Resource access at the Centre includes; computers, printing, fax, phones, shower facilities, washing machine & dryer facilities. We also offer social supports through programs such as Emergency Relief and Personal support.

A specialist support service dedicated to helping vulnerable older Queenslanders who require intensive supports to access aged care and other services to live safely at home in their communities. Footprints Community Limited covers Mackay Hospital and Health Service region and the Cairns and Hinterland Hospital and Health Service 2 region.

Our Home Maintenance & Minor Modifications Service helps seniors and the frail-aged continue to live safely in their homes. Better Together also offers Allied Health services, with a dedicated social worker who works with the elderly to ensure their social and mental wellbeing.

Edmund Rice Camps Queensland is a community based not - for - profit organisation, providing recreational activities for children, youth and families who may not otherwise have the opportunity. We deliver peer - mentoring programs supported by committed and passionate young adult volunteers with children who are referred to us by other community support organisations.

Seeds Of Hope Community Services Ltd

We provide fee and interest free loans up to $1000 to people on Centrelink to escape pawn brokers, pay day lenders, rent/buy contracts. We also assist with car registration. This project is called Financial Choices and is funded via philanthropic grants. We operate statewide with over the phone support.

Stepped Care - Front Door

Front Doors are funded access points for community members, provided in partnership with partners across the Tablelands, with a focus on increasing access outside of existing services in the mental health system. Any person residing in the Tablelands region, including rural areas, can access a Front Door. No referral is required.

Stepped Care - Journey Coordinator

Journey Coordinators operate as independent and consistent partners, via a range of local partners across the Tablelands, supporting a person's care journey and helping to navigate the mental health and broader service system. Service focuses on capacity building, support, psychoeducation, navigation and coordination of referrals as well as a range of other low intensity supports.

Stepped Care - Psychological Therapies

Delivers flexible client-centred psychological therapy for individuals across the lifespan, including children, with moderate or high intensity mental health needs experiencing genuine financial disadvantage and are unable to access another suitable service. Provided as part of a wider range of wrap-around services, via a range of local partners across the Tablelands, supporting the whole person.
