Glen Aplin Hall is a charming rural venue for your event, be it a wedding, concert, exhibition, meeting, film night or fund raiser, we have a commercial kitchen, cool room, bar area, stage, tables and chairs for over 200 guests. The largest hall in the Granite Belt area at 260m2, its wooden floors and historic mural will lend your event the country charm of 1953, when this building was erected.

We are a community group and promote local activity in our area. We have dinners very Thursdays often with a specialty meal i.e. Curry Night . We also hold events. Movie & Music Nights Nights . We have a Bar with Local wines , Stage, Projector and Screen. Commercial Kitchen, The Hall can be hired for any Event we will help promote your event in our community . Some funds are donated

WJPA is a community organization which provides social activities for residents, manages the School of Arts Hall and promotes and advocates the interests of Wallangarra and Jennings through town meetings and connections with both SDR Council and Tenterfield Council .

GBNC programs focus on improving individual, family and community wellbeing within the Granite Belt region. Group-based, face-to-face workshops covering topics such as building resilience, coping strategies, transition to senior school, peer group support, resisting drug use, identifying mental health concerns, supporting young people who are at risk of a mental health condition.

Artworks manages the Stanthorpe Railway Station, the 'Big Shed' adjacent to our gardens and games area, a weekend community Cafe and art gallery spaces. All spaces are available for hire. There is disabled access & plenty of parking Volunteers can receive training in customer service, WHS, barista skills, garden maintenance. Art groups & classes are held regularly.

We operate the Stanthorpe Showgrounds for the purposes of hosting the annual Stanthorpe Agricultural Show as well as other events such as cattle sales, small wine makers show, catering, camping, poultry show and auctions, campdtaft, rodeo and other events. We also maintain the facilities at Stanthorpe Showgrounds for community use.

We provided counselling, support and other services to older men in our community to benefit their mental and physical wellbeing. We have a fully equipped Workshop for Woodwork and Metalwork projects.

Killarney Area Promotions Association Inc promotes growth in local business and supports tourism initiatives, we also advocate for the needs of member of our community by through strong ties with Government bodies. KAPA general meetings are held at Killarney Bowls Club on the first Wednesday night of the month at 6pm Our general meeting are open for all to attend and contribute.
