Proserpine Senior Living

Proserpine Senior Living is a non-profit organisation run by a group of volunteer community members.  Our aim is to provide affordable accommodation to seniors aged 60yrs and over, enabling them to continue living independently within the community.

We have four unit complexes incorporating 48 units - all located within close distance to Proserpine Main Street and medical services.  Residents are able to easily access home visits from community support services such as Blue Care, Homecare, Oz Care and Meals on Wheels.

Our organisation keeps rents as affordable as possible for seniors, most of whom are on a basic aged pension with no assets and/or limited savings.

In order to be considered for accommodation seniors must complete an application form which is then placed onto our waiting list until a suitable unit becomes available.  When a vacancy arises applications are submitted to an independent selection panel for assessment.
