HealthspOT Occupational Therapy is an online integrative occupational therapy service. HealthspOT supports individuals living with a physical or psychosocial disability with mental health and well-being supports. This includes:

- Intervention towards returning to daily tasks that bring happiness and fulfilment

- Support with mental well-being, healing, acceptance and promoting self-worth

- Support with balancing life tasks of work, rest and play

- Support with adapting ways of thinking in order to engage in meaningful activities

- Support with lifestyle optimisation and holistic living 

This service will be fully online in order to provide the opportunity for individuals to connect no matter what geographical location. Let's connect in the comfort of your own home or your favourite natural surrounding.
