We have an amazing hub based in Brooklyn that has a pool table, Fusbal, a gaming room, arts and crafts, sensory room, gym equipment and a cinema room. The support that we provide are respite services in Wyndham Vale, Footscray and Brooklyn. Additionally we offer in-home supports, community access, Daily programs running Monday-Sunday 7 days a week, we offer Support Coordination, SIL, Cleaning, Gardening, After school care, Personal care, capacity building, Employment support, Education support and Psychosocial recovery as well.
