Vivienne has been an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist for almost 30 years (most of those in and around Townsville) since graduating from Flinders University in Adelaide in 1984. 

Vivienne's interests include (but aren't limited to): diabetes - type 1, type 2 and Gestational diabetes, heart health - high cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood pressure, tummy problems -Irritable bowel syndrome, ulcerative colitis, Crohns disease, Coeliac Disease, thyroid problems, allergies, paediatrics, weight concerns, eating disorders - anorexia nervosa, bulimia, binge eating disorder and sports nutrition. 

Vivienne has previously worked for the North Queensland Fury in the A League, the North Queensland Cowboys in the NRL, the Townsville Crocodiles in the NBL with the JCU Townsville Fire.
