e-couch is an online, interactive self-help program for common mental health problems.
The program includes self-help modules for depression, general anxiety and social anxiety using strategies drawn from cognitive behavioural and interpersonal therapies, relaxation, and physical activity. e-couch also includes modules for separation and divorce, and loss and bereavement.
The modules offer self-paced, interactive learning - you can log in to access the program content at any time.
e-couch has been evaluated in scientific trials conducted by research groups around the world - you can read more and access references at https://www.ehubhealth.com/research-evidence.
e-couch is provided free to all Australians thanks to funding from the Australian Department of Health.
