Individual Outreach Support

Neami is a community mental health service supporting people to improve their health, live independently and pursue a life based on their own strengths, values and goals. Neami Joondalup provides rehabilitation and recovery support to people experiencing mental illness who require assistance in the areas of skill development and social contact. Our focus is primarily on individuals who are experiencing isolation in their lives because of a severe and enduring mental illness, who may benefit from social interaction. We offer both group programs and individual support.
