About Us
- The Gympie Mental Health team provide a confidential service specialising in the treatment of individuals who have, or are at risk of developing, a major mental illness. Mental health services are provided to children, youth, adults and older persons. A team of mental health professionals offer assessment of existing or possible mental health problems, providing therapy, case management, crisis intervention, and community liaison and education.
- The Gympie Mental Health team can be contacted between 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday on (07) 5489 8777.
- For after hours referrals please contact the Mental Health Access Service on 1300 MH CALL (1300 64 22 55). This service is available 24 hours a day.
