Cares for people over the age of 18 years who require inpatient care for treatment of mental health issues. The inpatient unit is located on the Rockhampton Hospital campus and has 23 beds including 4 High Dependency Unit beds.

Gumma Gundoo: Antenatal Maternity Service

We provide community based antenatal, postnatal and infant care services to pregnant Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women or women having an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander baby.

The NSP aims to reduce the spread of blood borne viruses and injecting related injury and disease among injecting drug users.

New Endings Men’s Program

Primary health care cultural support Must be Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Male only 18+, Referral by any means, phone, email, word of mouth. Free service.

Opioid Treatment Program

Entry into opioid treatment allows people to access other treatment and help, so if they wish to withdraw from their opioid treatment program, they have a realistic chance of maintaining abstinence.

School Based Youth Health Nurses

School Based Youth Health Nurses provide early intervention, preventative health education to adolescents in State High Schools, through evidence-based programs, in collaboration with teachers and the school curriculum. Offer individual confidential consultations, linking teens with appropriate health services, and work with parents and carers for positive health outcomes of their adolescents.
